After design and implementation, a retirement plan needs continuous supervision.

Your dedicated Certified Benefits Corp (CBC) consultant will simplify your workflow by managing all tasks associated with your retirement plan. We provide all annual administration services to help you manage the risk associated with defined contribution retirement plan regulatory compliance. As your Third Party Administrator, CBC services will include, but are not limited to:

  •  Annual determination of newly eligible and continuing to participate employees
  •  Allocation of employee and employer contributions
  •  The continual compliance of the plan to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations
  •  Online or printed employer and participant reporting
  •  Preparation of Annual Government Reporting including forms 5500 and 1009Rs
  •  Communication and coordination with your accountant and trustee

But it's not enough to complete our checklist of tasks. We will work to ensure you are comfortable with your role and responsibilities as plan sponsor or advisor. We will help you:

  •  Understand and execute fiduciary responsibilities (or provide that service to you)
  •  Be familiar with your plan’s operating and investment expenses to help ensure your plan is operating in the best interest of your participants
